Retailer and Store Creation (for management groups)

The creation of Retailers (store owners) and Stores is only possible by a Management Group user. When created, a store owner can be assigned to any number of stores, with each store having only one store owner. When setting up a store for the first time we recomment the following process:

1. Create a Store Owner
2. Create a Store
3. Assign the Store Owner to the Store
4. Perform additional Store Config
